副教授
罗良
罗良，男，1985年6月出生，湖南岳阳人，博士，副教授，双师双能型教师。中国地质大学（武汉）博士后，加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学访问学者，校级青年骨干教师培养对象，湖南理工学院首批“青年英才”计划支持人选，现任物理学专业教研室主任。2006年，华中科技大学应用物理学专业本科毕业；2011年，华中科技大学物理学院凝聚态物理专业博士研究生毕业，获博士学位。主要研究方向为分叉网络及多孔介质传热传质。
教学情况：主讲《电动力学》、《数学物理方法》、《热学》、《大学物理实验》、《大学物理》等课程。
主要教学成果：
[1] 主持湖南理工学院校级教学改革课题“利用信息化手段开展课堂教学评价的研究”；
[2] 指导学生获2017大学生数学建模大赛全国二等奖；
[3] 指导学生获湖南省大学生物理竞赛二、三等奖多次；
[4] 指导国家级大学生研究性学习和创新性实验计划项目1项：“燃料电池中微孔层与催化层粗糙接触面对性能影响的分形研究”。依托该项目指导本科生发表SCI论文一篇；
[5] 指导学生获第五届湖南省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛三等奖。
科研项目：主要从事分形理论、多孔材料传热传质机理、增强型地热系统开发等研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金1项、省教育厅科研项目1项，主要参与完成国家863课题一项，国家自然科学基金多项。以第一作者或合作者身份在International Journal of Heat & Mass Transfer、Fractals、工程热物理学报等国内外期刊上发表论文30余篇。
